Care Compassion Training & Consultancy offers comprehensive, up-to-date courses in safeguarding, medication administration, falls prevention and more, delivered by experts with a wealth of hands-on experience.
We offer practical consultancy and support to care providers, managers and care facilities who may be facing regulatory concerns, preparing for a CQC inspection, responding to identified ares of improvement, or simply wanting to strenghten their service before problems arise.

Our Training Availability
We offer flexible training sessions six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 18:00. We understand the challenges faced by night staff within Health and Social Care, particularly when it comes to attending daytime training. To support all teams and ensure equal access to learning, we are also happy to provide later sessions tailored specifically for night‑shift workers.

Consultancy
We understand first-hand how challenging CQC inspections, regulatory concerns and enforcement action can be for care providers. Having personally experienced difficult CQC inspections, including situations involving Notices of Proposal (NOP), Notices of Decision (NOD), and enforcement action, we know how overwhelming and stressful it can feel when you are trying to protect your service, support your staff and continue delivering safe, person-centred care.
