I have worked across a wide range of roles—including Carer, Senior Carer, Deputy Manager, and Registered Home Manager—gaining a deep understanding of frontline practice as well as the operational and regulatory demands of care services.
I am now bringing this wealth of hands‑on expertise into my work as a Health and Social Care Trainer. My approach is practical, engaging, and rooted in real‑world experience, empowering learners to build confidence, develop essential skills, and deliver outstanding care.

With over 24 years of dedicated service in Health and Social Care, I bring a wealth of experience, compassion, and leadership to the sector. My career has taken me through a variety of meaningful roles, including Carer, Head of Care, and Deputy Manager, giving me a deep understanding of both frontline support and the wider responsibilities of care management.
I have worked extensively in Palliative Care and Dementia Care, areas where empathy, patience, and specialist knowledge are essential. My commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care has shaped my professional journey and continues to guide my practice today.
